Book jacket design for Tomas Cizek's The Ruse
The Grove Hotel commissioned three large centre piece artworks for the new Cedar Suite event space of the hotel. The concept of the artwork needed to reflect geography of the hotel estate, set within the stunning countryside just eighteen miles from the centre of London. The artwork is a multi layered collage of silks, cottons and wools panelled together and overlaid with intricate embroidery. The entire work was constructed and hand made in India, and took nearly six months to complete.
