Commissioned in 2013 by The Shangri-La Hotel Group to create a stunning sculpture for the entrance of the newly refurbished hotel in Pudong, Shanghai. We commissioned a German based artist to create a sculpture that reflected the Chinese love for the symbolism of the natural elements. Based on a drop of water, the steel sculptures were hand polished positioned on large black plinths. The hotel also commissioned two Alabaster sculptures for the foyer of the hotel, created by an artist in London.
